Hi Jason, I have put a lot number 450 at Riverbank state in Southern River 6110. So the lot is 358 sm2 with zone 40 and my question is how many percentage of the land I can build and can I build a double storey house on this block?

Hi Jason,
I have a corner block (701m2) in Yangebup zoned R20.
I understand minimum site area is 350m2 and average is 450m2.
As it is a corner block can I subdivide with both blocks ending up at 350.5m2 each?
If so where would I find the relevant information to support this?

Hi Jason
I am looking for a site with a house on it to turn into a childcare centre, ie turn the house into the childcare centre. I am passionate about having lots of outdoor space available as most centres have small spaces or roof space with synthetic grass.
I have booking looking for a while. I know I need corner block for best chances. Are you able to give me any advice where I could find something, who to talk to? I want to change the use from residential to commercial. If a property is r100 could this be changed? Thanks in advance

In general, a granny flat can be built in any zone as long as there is only one main home and not already a granny flat on the site (assuming there is room on the site). I’d suggest contacting a local planning officer to give more specific advice related to the site.

Do you know if with R10 zoning is it possible to build a granny flat? The size of the land is over 1000sqm! Suburb Kalamunda.
