Dear coreyjay,
I went to high school with Ben Healy. We are both 42 years old. Ben was honest and very smart at school.I have been told by other school mates that Ben was top score for making money since we left school ie many millions. Seems fair as he was one of the smartest.Hope this helps.

I have lived at Goondiwindi for many years in the past
but I would not touch a ip in Moree at any price.
Parts of Moree are no go zones for the police & fire brigade.

Regarding Brisbane suburbs of Goonda ,Wacol & Gailes I would not buy there because of their reputations.Just too much trouble.

The criteria for excluding suburbs is high crime &/or problem tennents.Example would be riots in Macquire Fields in Sydney.

We have a IP in Goondiwindi. It had a bank valation of 125k in early 2004 & rents at $ 180 a week.In my opion Gundy is the only town in Se QLD to not go in the current boom.
