Great article. It could be summed up as the level of skill determines the success in an downturn market. I’d also add Manufactured Cash Flow – as strategies to increase rent (income) which would be less risky than just Manufactured Growth. That said I’m already booked for the Millionaire Mastermind where I have no doubt I will learn more ;-)

Great read Steve, I like the ‘margin of error’ analysis for manufactured growth. Using this will ensure any what-if calculations factor in a break even point and allow for deciding which deal is better when compared with another. Cheers, J
