I recently bought the book of 0-130 properties under 5 years, amazing book with excellent content.

According to the book, you suggest us to buy positive cash flow property

My question is, with today’s property price and high interest rate, is it still possible to buy positive cash flow properties?

I know people can still get them from some mining towns, but it might not be a good option. Isn’t it?
